Seoul While in Seoul, Popescu met with numerous investors and discussed the potential to be listed on additional exchanges in the region. At the Herald Design event, Popescu presented Lampix to an audience of approximately 2,000 attendees.
China In Shanghai, Popescu met face-to-face with Binance to continue negotiating PIX being listed on their exchange. Additionally, Popescu met with multiple groups to aid in the listing on Chinese exchanges. During his time in China, Popescu also met with potential distributors to work with in the future. Lampix’s Popescu continued his Asian tour in Hong Kong where he attended some meetings, one of which was with Kenetic Capital Management’s Mr. Jehan Chu. There, Popescu pitched Lampix and increased awareness of the PIX token.
Vietnam In Ho Chi Minh City, Popescu pitched the Lampix device and PIX token to a group of 200. Thereafter, Popescu held a previously organized dinner with 25 VIPs.
Singapore After departing from Vietnam, Popescu joined startups, investors, financial institutions, local ecosystem partners, and government agencies at the 2017 Singapore FinTech Festival. While there, Lampix hosted a private event with approximately 50 people, including the Head of Capital Markets for United Overseas Bank (UOB) and numerous cryptocurrency investors. While in Singapore, Popescu was interviewed on television, and created strong bonds with local organizations among which the Southern China Ethereum Meetup. Additionally, Popescu met with numerous large funds to discuss Lampix and the PIX token.
Japan On the final leg of his Asian tour, Lampix’s Popescu hosted a previously organized event with approximately 25 people in Japan. Additionally, Popescu met with four exchanges, including QUOINE—on which the Company anticipates being listed in the near future. Perhaps most exciting of all was George’s meeting with multiple well-known Japanese conglomerates regarding potential manufacturing agreements with Lampix in the future.
